The target population was all three hundred and twelve (312) managers in three mobile telecommunication firms operating in Kenya. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and logistic regression analysis aided by Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS).</p> <p><strong>Results</strong>: The study found that services outsourced partially moderated the relationship between motives of human resource outsourcing and performance outcomes.</p> <p><strong>Policy implication:</strong> The results of this study are significant to all telecommunication firms in Kenya as it will provide valuable information on how services outsourced influence the relationship between motives of human resource outsourcing and performance outcomes.</p> <p><strong>Keywords:</strong> <em>Services Outsourced, Motives of Human Resource Outsourcing, Performance Outcomes, Mobile Telecommunication Firms and Kenya</em></p&gt;}, number={6}, journal={African Journal of Emerging Issues}, author={Eng’airo, Pamela}, year={2020}, month={Jul.}, pages={42 - 54} }
